AUTHENTICATION FAILED.

In order to use this sign in method, you must be using a valid Security Key that is associated with your Enterprise ID (EID) account.

Possible causes for this failure include:

  • The Security Key is not properly associated with your EID
  • The Security Key is associated with an Admin account instead of your EID
  • The Security Key and it's certificates may be revoked
  • The Security Key and it's certificates may be expired
  • The Security Key PIN has been blocked due to invalid login attempts
  • The Security Key is associated with an EID that has been disabled
  • Additional Error Information Follows:
    ERROR CODE: 0x38cf0464
    ERROR TEXT: DPWWA1124W A client certificate could not be authenticated
